Why “We Care”
When Tech Guru founder and CEO Dan Moshe reflects on what’s motivated him throughout his life, it comes down to a deep level of caring for those around him — family, friends, coworkers, and clients. “I really want to understand the needs and desires of those I care about and to help them however I can,” Dan says. Tech Guru was born out of this philosophy. “Every member of the Tech Guru team cares deeply about giving our clients the very best at all times,” Dan says. “To the person, our team brings a passion for delivering honest, caring service to our clients every single day.”
Examples of “We Care” in Action
- It’s a Friday night at 11 o’clock. Tech Guru gets a notification that a client’s server has failed. The client wouldn’t have known about it for another day or two, but instead of waiting for Monday, Tech Guru team members head over to the data center and resolve the issue before the client even notices a hiccup.
- Tech Guru performed an email migration for a client to Google Apps. The migration went well, and Tech Guru provided group training, but several users still needed some assistance getting acclimated. Dan went onsite and spent an afternoon doing one-on-one meetings with many users to help them with their individual needs.
- At the end of each service call, Tech Guru team members always ask, “Is there anything else I can do for you?” And they’re always happy to provide additional help.
