Our commitment
Tech Guru is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how the site is built and maintained rather than a one-time project.
What we do
- Every page is built with semantic HTML, a logical heading order, labeled form fields, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
- All functionality, including navigation, forms, the pricing estimator, the security self-assessment, and the booking scheduler, is operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
- Color is never the only way information is conveyed, and text and interface contrast is checked against WCAG AA thresholds.
- Pages adapt to zoom up to 400 percent and to phone-size screens without loss of content, and animations respect the operating system's reduced-motion setting.
- We run automated accessibility checks against every page at desktop and phone sizes before each release, and we review changes by hand.
Known limitations
Some content comes from third parties and may not fully meet our standard. The meeting scheduler is provided by HubSpot and the explainer video is hosted by Wistia; each loads inside a labeled frame, and a direct link is provided as an alternative. Downloadable templates are offered as Word documents, which can be read with assistive technology but are not web pages; if you need the content of any download in another format, ask us and we will provide it.
Tell us about a barrier
If you encounter any part of this site that is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, contact us and we will respond within two business days:
- Phone: (800) 692-6096
- Mail: 1205 French Creek Drive, Wayzata, MN 55391
- Or use the contact page to reach our team.
Please include the page address and a description of the problem, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you know it.
