“As the founder of 6 businesses over the past 36 years I have experienced first hand the challenges of starting, funding, managing, growing, systematizing, and selling businesses. We have employed 100’s of people in these businesses and managed the H/R issues associated with this level of employment. 2 of the businesses were introductory products to the Twin Cities and Midwest – Invisible Fence and Sport Court. Both required creative marketing to garner market share. Through these various businesses and the varied business leadership backgrounds of our 8 member team we bring first hand experience in the areas of Operations – Sales – Production (the 3-legged stool of any business) to those we serve as business advisors through Resultants for Business.”
